Privacy policy
In short
- We collect the details you enter when you book a call, anything you send by email and, only if you accept analytics cookies, how you use this website.
- We use it to arrange the call and talk to you about your project. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
- We use Google Analytics only if you accept it in the cookie banner. There are no advertising cookies, and you can change your choice at any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
- You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data: write to ai@n55logic.com.
Who we are
This website is run by n55logic, an AI agent consultancy based in Portugal. We decide how and why your personal data is used, which makes us the "controller" under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We don't ask for sensitive data. Please don't include it in your booking notes or emails.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run the website and our meetings. They act on our instructions:
- Google (Google Workspace). Bookings become events in our Google Calendar, with a Google Meet link, and Google sends you the invitation. Our email also runs on Google. See Google's privacy policy.
- Our hosting providers. The website is built and hosted with Lovable and delivered through Cloudflare's network. They handle the technical data listed above when your browser loads a page.
- Google Fonts. Our font is loaded from Google's servers, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
- Google Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures how the website is used and gives us aggregated reports. It does not log or store IP addresses for visitors in the EU. Advertising features are switched off.
The other people invited to your call (the n55logic founders) also see your booking details. We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies
We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't build advertising profiles of visitors.
Analytics cookies, only with your consent. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept Google Analytics. If you reject it, or don't choose, Google Analytics is not loaded at all: no cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. If you accept, Google Analytics sets these cookies:

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics stops and we remove these cookies from your browser.
Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage, so the banner doesn't ask again on every page. It contains only "accepted" or "rejected".
Private preview. A private preview page of this website, which is not linked from the site, sets one strictly necessary cookie when someone enters its password. It only remembers that the password was entered, and expires after seven days.
How long we keep it
- Booking details stay in our calendar for as long as we need them to hold the call and follow up on our conversation, and while we work together.
- Emails are kept while we are in touch and for as long as we have a reason to keep a record of the conversation.
- Technical data in our hosting providers' logs is kept for a short time, according to their own retention rules.
- Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for at most 14 months, then deleted automatically.
If you ask us to delete your data, we do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
Data outside the EU
Some of our providers, such as Google and Cloudflare, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your data.
- Restrict how we use it, or object to uses based on our legitimate interest.
- Receive the data you gave us in a common format, or ask us to send it to someone else.
To use any of these rights, email ai@n55logic.com. We reply within one month.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), or to the authority in your own EU country. We would appreciate the chance to sort it out with you first.
Security
This website only uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we limit who can see your data to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.
Children
This website and our services are for businesses. They are not meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal data, we update this page and the date at the top.
