What does it cost?

Discovery, pilot and rollout each have a fixed fee we agree together before work starts, so there are no surprises. The managed service is a monthly retainer.

What are your working hours?

We’re based in Portugal (Lisbon time) and work 10:00–19:00, with meetings possible until 21:00.

What happens in the 30-minute intro?

You tell us what you want to improve, or what your agents are getting wrong. We work out where an agent would help most, and you leave with a view on where to start.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to the systems the agents will touch, and someone who knows how your store runs day to day. The discovery and AI audit uses both to find the use cases with the highest return.

Can you work with our engineers?

Yes. We work alongside your engineers through the pilot and rollout. Afterwards your team can run the agents, or we look after them as a managed service.
